Noone can be Everybody
Yo there, well, seems like bout 3 weeks I haven't been posting, haha, guess maybe it's cause I just got back from Miri and was a little caught up in KK, with all the food, friends, the internet, and all. But even after being away from KK for 4 whole months, maybe more...... nothing much changed, yet.... traffic jams all around, roads still repairing, prices still going up, good foods getting less.... so.... yea, I guess nothing much changed....
By the way, nothing much happened since the last week and more I've been back here, other than a couple of 'yam cha's, a few 'put off-ed' badminton meet-ups by those 'pilots'..... nothing much happening around yet, so I guess I won't have much to update you guys about until some activities come up.
Anyway, today's post might seem a bit boring, so if you guys decided you'd be better off using your time watching dumbass youtube vids of some nutcase rambling off some mumbo jumbo 101 photoshop tips in 5 minutes, you're better off clicking this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6flegTtolg
Well, for those of you think you want to continue........ so be it.
Have anyone of you ever thought of learning everything there was, everything you could? Me, being someone..... who wishes I could do everything, know anything..... I've always strove to take every chance I have to learn anything and everything I could. However, about a year ago, I think I started to get tired with all these..... I started to realise that I could never know anything and everything.... at least not in this limited time of life.
And the next thing I knew, I was hoping I could live an immortal, where I would have an infinite amount of time, to learn, do, experience, everything there was in this world, or universe maybe. (But that thought was later forgotten due to its impossibility)
Lately instead, I came to realise these things again. There were so many things I wished I could do. I see magic, I wanna do it; I see people dance, I wish I could dance like them; I see people playing the violin, I wish I'd learned the violin too. But nevertheless, these dreams soon faded as I came back down onto earth, reality. And then it spawned in my senses.
Humans, having such a short life remaining, estimating another average of 70 years for most of you that is, approximately another 613,200 hours...... or 2,207,520,000 seconds if you prefer it that way. Take 1/3 of the time away since you'll be huddling in your bed with your own drool most of that time.... that leaves 1,471,680,000 of seconds being awake......
Okay, cutting out all the crap, having such a short lifespan, I just feel that we shouldn't try to be everybody, get what I mean? Each of us are born different, everybody has their own specialties, what their good at, what they suck at. And being someone who only has less than 600 thousand hours of time awake, I don't think we have enough time to be everybody.
Just take the time, work on something you like, you treasure, and instead of working hard on something which isn't you, try doing something that you've always been wanting to do, go for it. You might not have a second chance. Pick something you love, for my example, I'll take magic, and work into it, and make the impossible happen (not talking about doing the impossible in magic lol). Everything is possible, thats what I believe, as long as you have the will. (except some stuff like flying and walking through a wall of course. Yes, you can fly..... one day maybe..... after a long long time..... in the mental hospital).

If you're gonna be anything, be yourself.
